The Ivory Coast has closed its border with Ghana
after at least 10 people were killed in attacks on its army and police
launched from Ghanaian territory, the country's interior minister has
said. "Land, air and sea borders are closed until further notice," Hamed Bakayoko told the Reuters news agency on Friday. "This was organised, ordered, and executed from Ghanaian territory, and the Ghanaian authorities know who these people are," he said. |
